Heat butter in a pan over medium heat-high heat. Add garlic and jalapeños and sauté for ~1 min.
Add in zoodles and mix in olive oil. Stir & toss constantly. Taste test to see which spices you want to add more of if any and toss. Cook zoodles for 10 mins, or until desired texture.
Serve while hot and top with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
