Sapodilla (Chikoo) Shake

vegan, refined sugar free, sweet indulgence

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen Chikoo
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana the more ripe the banana the better. this will give your shake a sweet flavor. using up a browned banana is perfect for this recipe
  • date syrup or 3 dates
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups milk of choice I used hemp milk
  • splash of water if shake is too thick

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients togethers and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • I used Deep frozen chikoo 
  • if you don't have date syrup use 3 dates. Then add more depending on how sweet you prefer your shake
  • Start with 1.5 cups of milk and then add more depending on texture preferred
