Ingredients

frozen Chikoo
1/2
cup
frozen mango chunks
1/2
banana
the more ripe the banana the better. this will give your shake a sweet flavor. using up a browned banana is perfect for this recipe
date syrup or 3 dates
1 1/2 - 2
cups
milk of choice
I used hemp milk
splash of water if shake is too thick
Instructions
Blend all ingredients togethers and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
I used Deep frozen chikoo
if you don't have date syrup use 3 dates. Then add more depending on how sweet you prefer your shake
Start with 1.5 cups of milk and then add more depending on texture preferred
