Pitaya (Dragonfruit) Smoothie

smooth, creamy, sweet

Servings 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pitaya plus packet
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups milk 2%
  • 2 tsps honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • If you do not like a strong banana flavor, skip the banana
  • For a touch more of sweetness, increase the honey by a tsp or so until preferred taste 
  • If you prefer a smoothie bowl: use 1 cup of milk, for a thicker texture. 
  • Garnish with: coconut flakes, fruits, nutella, chia seeds etc
