1cupcoconut water
For Garnish
dried cranberries
coconut flakes
chia seeds
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Pour into bowl, or glass and enjoy! Top with chia seeds, coconut flakes & dried cranberries if desired!
Recipe Notes
Make sure to use frozen mangoes
If you want to make a smoothie, use 1 cup of coconut water. For a thicker consistency for a smoothie bowl use 3/4 cup of coconut water and then add more as needed.
the strength of your blender will determine the consistency. I would start with 3/4 cup of coconut water and then add accordingly.
