Light, refreshing, tangy yet subtly yogurt based sweet drink

Ingredients
1cupfat free yogurt
1/3cuplight sour cream
1-2tbspsrose syrupstart with 1 and adjust according to sweetness preference
1tsprose water
120 ozcan Lychees in syrup, will need 16 lychees from can
2tbspslychee syrup from can
Instructions
Add yogurt, sour cream, rose syrup, rose water, lychees and lychee syrup to a blender and blend. Serve over ice!
If you’re feeling a little extra: pour some of the rose syrup to the bottom of a cup and then pour the lassi in.
Recipe Notes
This is recipe makes a subtly sweet lassi, if you wish to adjust to a sweeter taste feel free to add more of the rose syrup / lychee syrup.
You can find rose syrup, rose water & canned lychees in an Asian or Indian supermarket. (click on each of the names for the link to a similar product on amazon. Please note: it is more expensive to purchase these products on amazon, but a local Asian or Indian supermarket will have for half the price!)
This recipe will fill 4 champagne glasses or two 16 oz cups, so depending on how you serve it, it can serve two people or 4 people.
