Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro and green onions in a medium bowl. Toss together. Add in olive oil, taco sauce and all spices. Making sure to mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Refrigerate if not using right away.
Combine lettuce, pico de Gallo, black beans, dried cranberries, wonton strips, mozzarella cheese pearls, avocado and serrano chili in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Pour in chipotle sauce, taco ranch sauce and bbq sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Top with your favorite hot sauce!
