Ataulfo Mango Lassi Pops

Ingredients

For Pops:

  • 2 cups Ataulfo mangos cubed (roughly 2 mangos)
  • 1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk I used oat milk
  • 3 tbsps light sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup agave depending on how sweet or sour your mangos are, adjust accordingly
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

For garnish:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chunks semi sweet
  • Crushed nuts of choice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend together mangos, greek yogurt, milk and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Next add in turmeric, cardamom, ginger, agave and chia seeds. Blend together until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze over night. Run under Luke warm water to remove from molds.
  3. Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate on top and add crushed nuts.
