1/4cupagavedepending on how sweet or sour your mangos are, adjust accordingly
1tspchia seeds
For garnish:
1/4cupchocolate chunkssemi sweet
Crushed nuts of choice
Instructions
In a blender, blend together mangos, greek yogurt, milk and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Next add in turmeric, cardamom, ginger, agave and chia seeds. Blend together until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour into ice pop molds and freeze over night. Run under Luke warm water to remove from molds.
Optional: Drizzle melted chocolate on top and add crushed nuts.
