It’s officially spooky season!! I wanted to kick off spooky season with a burst of energy.
This is the time of the year that my basic side just shines through. I mean it. Pumpkin spice e v e r y t h i n g! Spooky movies. Apple cider. Lattes. Fall colors. Cozy sh%t. All of it! And you know what, I am not even embarrassed by it! i 100% embrace my basic side this time of the year.
I’m kicking off fall and spooky season with these Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls. As usual – super quick to put together – and a burst of fall in each bite! I like to have these as a pre workout snack to give me just the right kick of energy that I need during my workout.
Also, feel free to substitute ingredients in and out of this recipe. Make it your own! It’s versatile. I like to use sunflower seed butter in this recipe, but feel free to use a seed or nut butter of your choice. Play around with the spices, try some nutmeg or extra cinnamon.
