I have tried over and over again to get a recipe for Chili Garlic Noodles, just right. I have tried all sorts of different noodles: udon, rice, brown rice etc and while all tasted great, something always seemed off with the texture of the noodles.
Well … Well … we have found a winner! As you know I am a sucker for picking up new things at the supermarket. Drum roll please: and the noodles I found are ….Kaedama Ramen Noodles ! They are ABSOLUTELY delicious. They cook up in under 5 minutes and have the perfect texture!
And what’s even better is that … this dish cooks up in less than 15 minutes from start to finish! YUP, less than 15 minutes! I know, it’s quarantine season and there is plenty of time..but who wants to spend all day in the kitchen everyday?
This is a perfect lazy day meal, nutritious and still feels very comforting during this uncertain time.
