Continue to stir constantly. It will be a liquid texture first, then a cream of wheat texture and then slowly it will start to become thicker and thicker. ~3-5 minutes. *At this point you can add in any nuts if you prefer* *Depending on your rava flour, you may need to add in a little more ghee to get the mixture to stick together. start with +1tbsp and go from there.*
Preheat oven to 350F.
Core out the middle of the apples, creating a hollow center. This will be your bowl for the seero.
Lightly brush apples with ghee.
Sprinkle cinnamon and pumpkin pie spices onto apples.
Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
Let apples cool for 10 minutes and then stuff with Seero. You can warm up the Seero slightly in the microwave first and then stuff inside the apples.
