Mango Tajin Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango cubes frozen (about 14-16 ounces)
  • a sprinkle of tajin seasoning
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup agave

For garnish

  • Tajin seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Process until smooth. (Start with a 1/4 cup of water first and depending on your blender, gradually add a little bit of water at a time until smooth. I used about 1/2 cup of water)
  2. Scoop into a tray / container and freeze for 2 hours or until desired texture is reached. Allow to defrost a couple of minutes before enjoying.
  3. Serve with some more tajin seasoning sprinkled on top!

Recipe Notes

If you don't have agave, feel free to substitute with honey or any sweetener of choice. You can also omit any added sweeteners.
