Separate flour and bread crumbs into two small plates. One plate with flour, one plate with bread crumbs. In a small bowl, beat the egg with a splash of water. So now you have a plate with flour, a plate with bread crumbs and a bowl with the beaten egg. Add a pinch of parsley, smoked paprika, salt and pepper to both flour and bread crumbs. Mix.
Roll one ball at a time in flour, then dip in egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs. If ball looses it's shape, re shape it after coating in bread crumbs. Repeat 8x. Place on a plate and freeze for up to 2 hours.
When ready to air fry, spray goat cheese balls with an oil spray and then place into air fryer basket or tray if using the air fryer toaster oven. Air fry on 400°F for 10 minutes.
Once done, drizzle honey and dried parsley on top and enjoy! Tip: Try on a bed of spinach for a goat cheese salad!
