In a small pot, bring water to a boil. Once water comes to a boil remove from heat and pour into mug with tea bags. Add in rose water, rose syrup and honey. Mix together. Let tea bags steep for 4-5 minutes.
In the same small pot, bring milk to a boil until it starts to froth. Remove from heat and if you have a milk frother, start to froth the milk until it becomes frothy. (It is okay if you do not have a milk frother, continue onto next step)
Pour hot milk into mug/cup with tea bags and mix together. Tip: Use a spoon to strain the froth from the liquid, to get the liquid in the mug first and then save the froth for last to top it off. You can remove tea bags if you wish or keep in.
